The video sees Perry start by reenacting the recording of her first Teenage Dream single, California Gurls, and concludes with her performing Teenage Dream on tour. During the video, Katy reflects on the Teenage Dream era, and includes a “prince charming”, a young Katy leading her throughout her experiences, a wheelchair and other references to her career.
